Should I tip my cleaner?

That is totally up to you, but it would be appreciated by the cleaner!

How can I pay for my cleaning?

Cash, Cash app, or PayPal.

Do I have to be home at the time of cleaning?

No you do not need to be home at the time of cleaning. We can securely use garage/door codes and keys.

What if a scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

If a scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will get you rescheduled with our earliest appointment available.

Do I need to provide any equipment or supplies?

The only time a customer needs to provide any supplies is if they want bleach used. We do not carry bleach. Some customers may also want to supply their own stuff for their own reasons and that Is also fine!

What cities or towns do you serve?

Iron Station, Lincolnton, Denver, Stanley, Belmont, Mount Holly, Davidson, Mooresville, Cornelius, Huntersville in North Carolina.

Who will have access to my house keys?

The owner (Ashley) or whoever is cleaning that day.
